Locations- Lust couple

For our film trailer, within the storyboard different locations were referenced. The first location that I have looked into is the "Lust couples" locations- the living room and bedroom. Below are shots of both locations that I have found with analysis into what we would need to do to make the mise en scene appropriate for the needs of the film:

Living Room

This is the living room that we will be using, a full shot of the side of the room we will film shown to the right. With red and cream colourings and a large window shown behind the settee, this location is perfect for the scene where the killer walks past the window while the couple lay intertwined, watching a film. Mise en scene in this room would need to be changed slightly, with no photographs of other people in any shots, but of the couple.

The wine, wine glasses, candles and single rose that I added to the photo are aspects that I thought would add to the miss en scene of the shot, enhancing the conventions of "lust".

In the other shots in the living room, where the man in the lust couple is laying on the table with his stomach opened and his inners coming out, he will be placed on the table in front of the settee where the couple were originally laying with blood everywhere and a single rose placed on his chest.

Bedroom

The following photos are of the bedroom location where the woman of the lust couple wakes up alone in the trailer. The mise en scene of this bed will just include the actors, a darkened room, the curtains closed and the side of the bed that the lust woman is not on, the duvet will be pulled back as if the lust man has left the bed.
