Creating the Outer Glow & Animation

First Layer: Size of glow: 5%
Second Layer: 10%
Third Layer: 13%
Fourth Layer: 24%
Fifth Layer: 40%
Sixth Layer: 49%

Turning it into an animation

I clicked on Timeline at the bottom and clicked Create
Next, I clicked on the 3 square button on the bottom bar on the left.
Then, I clicked on the note-looking button at the bottom which is the Duplicate Layer button. This allowed me to duplicate the title layer.
On the duplicated layers, I clicked the eye button on the each layer so the glow grows.

When creating another title, I tested out the times because I noticed that it was difficult to read the title because the glow grew too quickly. So, I changed the first layer to 0.4 seconds. However, I believe the glow is too big and should be changed so the glow creeps up.
So, I tested this out (a slower, slight glow). I changed the settings of the glow so they were lower. I also changed the times to 0.1s however I found that this was too slow.

I changed the times on each of the layers; the first layer is longer than the others so that the audience can read the text before the glow grows.

I tested out different colours for the last glow. I tried light yellow and red.
I like the yellow because it is subtle, unlike the red. The last layer's glow being red makes it seem unprofessional and messy, however the yellow is only a slight change, and adds a sickly colour to the title.

I like the idea of a red outer glow so I changed the other layers to lighter colours that way the animation's glow will grow into a vibrant, bloody red colour.

Here is my first attempt
