Actors

As we are at the point of filming, we needed to generate a collection of actors together to play the different characters in the trailer. Below are shots of the different people we will be using with options of who to use if problems occur and analysis explaining the reason for choosing these people.

Sloth
Raman Gill

As we want both of us to be in this trailer, to minimise the number of actors needed, Raman suggested that she played the part of Sloth as one of the locations that we have thought of for Sloth is the Dungeon at school and it would be easiest. She is also quite tall and slim, linking to a possible interpretation of sloth, not having any motivation to do anything, including eat. She will be in tattered clothing and holding multiple expensive items showing that she has money and means but cannot be bothered to get a job or house or take on any sort of responsibility.

Greed 
Jessica Clare

Jess is going to be our actor for Greed. Dressed in casual clothing, she will act "sneaky" in the shots that she is shown, seen to be a pick pocket. 

Gluttony
Nancy Wang

For Gluttony, we had a problem with getting anyone, especially anyone who looked appropriate for the role. In the end our friend, Nancy, offered to help us out and act in the role of Gluttony.

Pride
Samir Patel or Jamie Wool

For Pride, we have two options of who we could use, which is always good just in case one person isn't free to film or is too unreliable. Samir offered to be Pride when we were unable to find anyone. He would be a good portrayal of pride, dressed in a suit with a brief case looking "full of himself". Jam, however, also said that she would at as Pride for us when we were researching who to use as our actors. She would be a really good portrayal of Pride also as we could dress her up to be a popular, pretty, big headed teenager who is surrounded with friends and thinks of herself as very important.

Lust
Annie Kemp and Ethan Scollard

Ethan and I will be playing the roles of Lust. This was decided due to the fact that Raman and I don't know any other couples that would be willing to portray the sin of Lust on camera for our media trailer. Being a couple, and the fact that this is Raman and my media trailer, Ethan and I decided that we would be fine with doing this.

Wrath
Steven Calbon

I wanted a man to play Wrath in the trailer to meet conventions. The idea of portraying Wrath, from the storyboard, was that the actor would get annoyed with an ATM machine as it swallows his card and he shouts and hits the wall next to the machine. Steven said that he wouldn't mind doing this for Raman and I and so he will be playing Wrath.

Envy
Harpreet Pal

Again, not having anyone to play Envy, Raman and I asked around our friendship groups and in the end, Harpreet offered to act as Envy in the trailer. Being shown in only one shot anyway, this was a big help. In the trailer, an over the shoulder shot of Harpreet envying models in a magazine with their "perfect" attributes, will be the action to portray Envy.

Priest
Harry Halls

Finally, our Priest will be played by my friend Harry Halls. Being around 6 ft, Harry is a good fit for the priest that we wanted. Through the trailer, I will slowly add more and more make-up to him to make him look older and more intimidating before the final demonic special fx makeup that I will apply at the end of the trailer as the final scare.
