Evaluation of Filming last footage and Demon Priest

On Sunday 7th, Raman and I were able to film both the last footage and the Demon Priest footage.

In front of the church in Bexleyheath, relating to mise en scene of the scene, we filmed the demon priest footage. This didn't go quite how we intended. The shots were good with a wide range of long, close, mid and establishing shots to set the scene, however the sound was terrible due to being next to a road. The audio of the preaching was hoped to be able to be edited, however just as a precaution we ended up recording Adam, also, doing a voice over of the priest words so we could lay it over the top of the footage and hopefully make it match up.

The other shots in Bexleyheath, with the sinners, went really well however, and we were able to complete them in less than half an hour with only a few re-takes.

 When arriving at my house, we needed to record Adams voice over first. This went well. His voice was scary and demonic being deep and growling.

The last two shots of the Demon Priest are of his face turning into a demon. During application of special effects, however didn't go very well, again. I wasn't able to do the full extent of the special effects that I wanted due to time constraints of our actors availability.

Overall, even without looking at the footage extensively, I feel that we will probably need to re-shoot the Demon Priest footage.
